This was a conversation between my boys the other night and all Joey and I could do was hide our faces and laugh. Background-Noah for his birthday a several years ago got a bunch of animals that look real including a Donkey. Logan thinks it funny to call the donkey by it's other name. So here goes the conversation. Logan (picking up the donkey)-Look at this ass? Noah-That's a nice ass Logan-Do you like my ass? Noah (Taking the donkey for Logan)-This is a beautiful ass. I'm going to take a picture of this beautiful ass. Logan-That is a beautiful ass. After Noah took a picture of the donkey with his cell phone he sent the picture to Joey and asked... Noah-Dad do you like my beautiful ass? I love my boys and I can't tell you the tears that I was crying over the conversation.

This Little Piggy!!!

***WARNING GRAPHIC PICTURE**** We spent the night in the ER with our daughter Hadley, she was playing outside with her brothers and while Logan was hammering a tree she started to climb the tree and he got her middle toe on the left foot. She came in and was crying but when I washed it off I could tell she need to go the hospital. Her little piggy was split and hanging there. After 6 hours and a visit with the plastic surgeon her little piggy is back on. It has a 50/50 chance of surviving. If the blood vessels reattach it may survive if not the will have to shave down the bone and then she will have a short toe. They put her in a boot and told me to try and keep her off of it and keep it elevated. Good Luck to us!!!

Out of the Cast and Into Ponseti!!!!

Emmett has graduated from the cast to the shoes. He is on his first day of the special shoes that he will wear all the time for 3 months and then wear at night until he is 3 years old. I was not real good at making Logan wear the shoes but Emmett's shoes are a little different and seem to be better shoes. I will be stronger and make sure that he wears them he has done so well through his treatment, he is a great baby and really snuggly, I know he will do good with the new shoes too!! The shoes are called Ponseti's and are kinda cute.

Lemonade 4 Sale

Joey made the boys a lemonade stand and we had our Grand Opening yesterday!!! They sold 22 glasses of Fresh Squeezed Lemonade and made $5.50 each. They are going to sell the Lemonade Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's this summer from 3:00-until 5:45pm because at that time Noah has to go to Fencing Class. They looked so cute out there with there Lemonade. I will post pictures soon.

Emmett's Feet

We are on week 4 for Emmett's casts and everything is going really well. Other than that first week where they put the one cast on to tight things have gone good. We go back in next week for one more set of casts and on week 6 he gets surgery and then they stay on for 3 weeks and then it''s on to the shoes!!!

Emmett has arrived at last!!! He came out on April 22nd at 1:21 pm. He was 8 lbs 6 oz. and 20 inches. He is my biggest baby yet !!! Everything went great only 5 hours of labor from start to finish. 3 big pushes and out he came. He is absolutely adorable and I think that he is going to get plenty of love in this family. I'm so blessed as a mom to have such a sweet, healthy baby. I love the sweet spirit he has already brought into our home.

My uncle Jay passed away on Friday morning. It was unexpected and I was shocked to hear about it. He was a really nice and gentle man, and although I have very few memories of him, I do know that he was a gentle giant and had a great love for jokes and laughter. I also know that he went to a better place where he was reunited with his first love Janyne who was my mom's sister who passed away a long time ago. My heart goes out to my cousin Kristin and her family<>

Fencing Update!!

Noah had his last individual fencing tournament today and got another GOLD MEDAL!!! That makes 3 golds, and 1 bronze. This also puts him in first place in the rankings and he should get the big trophy at the end of the year!!! Yay Noah, way to go!! We are so proud of you and all of the hard work that you put into fencing. It sure has paid off this year. Next week is the team competition and it should be fun!!! Another post for me, I totally on a roll. I just thought I would post a little update on Noah's fencing. Today he took 1st place in his fencing tourny! That make 2 gold medals for the year and 1 bronze medal. It seems like it's between him and another boy from a different fencing league and they seem go back and forth, but today it was Noah's day!!! (Last time they met in the semi's and he got the best of Noah.) Noah did such a great job and came from behind in the semi-finals to win the bout (Fencing another kid from our league which I hate.) and then took the best 2 out of 3 to win the gold medal in the finals. He sent 2 kids home crying because they lost. (It's so hard for these little guys/girls to keep it together when they lose.) One more tourny to go and then the team tourny and we are done for the Utah Fencing Cup. His coach told him if he gets 1 more gold medal he can switch to saber, which means a little different rules then the foil that he currently uses. I will post pictures as soon as I get them off my camera and phone. Great job Noah!!!!!

My Little Klutz

We took another trip to the Insta Care last night for the king of mishaps. Logan jumped on his Aunt Melanie's bean bag and caught the edge of the window seat and split his eye. I should say that Logan has had more stitches than any other kid in our house, he is a walking disaster. He is a little tornado waiting to strike. Joey says he is just like he was. I have a feeling we will be making many more trips to the doctor to stitch him up in the future. 6 stitches later (with 2 deep stitches) and he was a good as new, and back to enjoy a sleepover with his cousins. His poor little eye was so swollen, I'm sure he will have a shiner.

Joey and I went to the doctor yesterday again for his diabetes. We were thinking that we would get a for sure answer on if he is type 1 or type 2 and now we are still not clear. His doctor says that he is still producing quite a bit of insulin and so he thinks that he is type 2 and we are proceeding with type 2 treatment. However you can go through what they call a honeymoon faze where your pancreas still produces insulin but then stops, and if this is the case then he could end up being type 1. Right now the goal is to get his blood sugar level down from what it is, which it starts out in the mid 300's and by the end of the day he sometimes is so high his meter doesn't even register a number which means he is over 500. If you want to know how he is feeling he says he feels like crap, but he has been feeling like crap for about a month now and so he says he getting pretty use to it. Some of his issues are he has a lot of joint pain, he still is peeing every hour, his muscles ache and he gets pretty tired fast, he also drinks all day and it never quenches his thirst. We go back next week to meet with the nutritionist, to see how to change our diet and learn how to carb count.

2nd Fencing Tournament of the Year!!!

Noah had a tournament yesterday up at Weber State and he did so good. How it works is that they get put into pools and have to fence everyone in their pool, and then depending on how many points are awarded they then go into brackets. Noah happened to meet up with the kid that he fenced in the finals last tournament in the semi finals and this time he was beaten. Therefore was awarded the Bronze Medal. He did such a good job and we are so proud of him, it was up at Weber State and so we had to leave the house at 7:00 am to get there in time, I think that he was feeling a little sluggish from having to get up so early. I also made Noah fence in the Y10 group and he didn't really like it. The kids are a lot taller and bigger and older and plus we had to be there all day which Noah was really mad about. I told him that I will not make him do it again but that he needed to have the experience of fencing the older kids every once in a while. Mom's are so mean.

Diabetes

This week Joey went to the doctor and found out he has diabetes. They are not sure if it is Type 1 or Type 2 yet, but think that it probably will be Type 1. It's the same type that his dad had when he was diagnosed at the age of 24. We went to see an Endocrinologist today and he gave us some information about the long road we are going to face with this. I really liked the doctor that we are seeing and feel that we are in good hands, it will take weeks before we know how to manage this and get Joey on the right dose of insulin, find out just how to carb count and how to change our eating habits as a family. We are in for a big change but I know that we can make it through this transition. The doctor said they have made some big strides in how they treat diabetes in the resent years, then what they used to do in the past, and although I'm nervous and scared about the road ahead of us we will take it one day at a time. So heres to lots of doctors visits and information overload.

ACN Convention at San Jose

We just got back from another awesome convention for ACN, and had a lot of fun with all our friends. Every time we go we have so much fun laughing and enjoying the training along with meeting and making new friends. This picture is Joey and the Hunns , Joey made it to ETL which is the next position in the company. I'm very proud of this accomplishment he has made, now it's on our way to TC!!!

I can't believe that my little guy is 5 today!!! Logan came to us as a big surprise and he has been none stop surprises ever since. I honestly have thought at times he would not make it to his next birthday but he has made it to the rightful age of 5. He definitely keeps me on my toes daily. I think that all of the small holes in the wall are from Logan. He is very mischievous and has started to teach this to his little sister. He is really cleaver with the things he says. Right before Christmas I was telling him to be good because Santa was watching, and he informed me that Santa still give naughty kids presents. (I thought he's right I have never heard of a kid not getting presents from Santa on Christmas, it just an empty promise that parents threaten their kids with.) Through all the naughty things Logan does and has done I wouldn't change a thing. We hope you had an awesome birthday!!! Happy Birthday Logan!!!!

Ringing in 2010!!!

Our new year has been a bit of a disaster. I hope that things only get better from here. Joey got the flu on the 1st of January. I slept in the basement for 3 nights until my back could not take it anymore. He recovered fast and is feeling better it only took 3 days straight in bed for him to start feeling better. Now on to my little Hadley. Hadley went to the ER with me on monday night, we were there from 10:00pm-2:00am. her right hand was swollen along with her legs and she had these weird bumps all over her legs. While we were there we found out that she has Strep. I asked about her leg and the ER doctor told me he was not worried about them that it would go away on it's own. We went home and the next day she was feeling OK but the spots on her legs got worse and darker, I didn't want to take her back to the ER, I wasn't impressed with the doctor so I decided to try and make her comfortable and call in the morning to see our Peds doctor. Mean while at 10:30 when Hadley went to go pee, we noticed that she was now peeing blood!! (Freaked out mom and dad.) Next day went to my doctors office with Hadley and she has HSP (Henoch-Schonlein Purura) Say what?? I googled it and this is what it is... Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) is a form of blood vessel inflammation or vasculitis. There are many different conditions that feature vasculitis. Each of the forms of vasculitis tends to involve certain characteristic blood vessels. HSP affects the small vessels called capillaries in the skin and frequently the kidneys. HSP results in skin rash (most prominent over the buttocks and behind the lower extremities) associated with joint inflammation (arthritis) and sometimes cramping pain in the abdomen. Henoch-Schonlein purpura is also referred to as anaphylactoid purpura. So this is why my daughter is in pain and why she is swelling up and why she is peeing blood, Thanks ER doctor for your great concern!!! It's usually triggered by another infection (Like Strep) and it goes away on it's own in about 4 weeks, however will more than likely reoccur in 4 months (happy for us we get to do all over again.) It's not contagious though which is good. I will post pictures of her poor legs when I get a chance, you will be shocked at how horrible it looks. Happy New Year to Us!!!

Baby# 4 Ultrasound

I went today for my ultrasound and got good and bad news. Good news is that baby looks great and everything is fine. Spine is normal, head is the right size, heart beat sound and looks good, however bad news is that they are 80% sure that baby is going to have clubbed feet. I jinxed myself in saying that if that's all they told me was wrong with the baby I could totally deal!! CLUBBED FEET AAAHHHH!!! So if you want to see really cute feet, come quickly after the baby is born because Logan had cast put on at 6 days old, and was in cast until he was 3 months old. I guess if this is the worst news I could get I'm fine with it. We went through this with Logan and so at least we know what we are in for as far as treatment. I'm certainly glad I saved all of Logan's cool shoes. Things I'm not looking forward to are Logan was a really picky baby and wanted to be held all of the time, those stupid shoes they have to wear 24/7. Sponge baths because you have to be careful of the full leg casts that they put on, and last but not least the awful things people say to you when they see your baby in cast, like you broke both their legs, I even had people mumble things under their breath to me about Logan, good thing I have thick skin and a sharp tongue!! Many sleepless night because the baby cried for 2 hours and slept for 45 minutes. At least I'm better prepare this time around and who knows maybe this baby will have any easier time of it. Any guesses on what we are having??? She didn't tell us but you can guess I'll let you know in April!! I will post ultrasound pictures when I get them scanned into the computer.

I'm just happy that BYU won this year. Joey gets to collect on his bets, I believe that's $175.00 in his pocket. Bragging rights and cheering in everyones face that is a Ute fan!!! It's a great day to be a Cougar fan and I can't wait until next year to do it all over again . I love rivalry week!!!

I went to the doctor today and we couldn't here the heart beat of the baby, so I had a little panic attack. They put me in the ultra sound room and we took a look and everything looks great. baby looks great and is measuring just perfectly. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and my due date is April 29Th. Everyone is pretty excited in the house except Joey who is panicked because now we have to get new cars, and how are we going to be able to handle another kid, have you seen ours?

State Fair

We go to the fair every year and this year we went again. The kids got to pet some of the animals and of course we made them all ride the ponies. Noah and Hadley loved it and Logan cried again. I took some pictures and will post them as soon as I get them off my camera. I forget all about the booths at the fair, it's the part I love the most but we never get around to looking at all the stuff. There's always next year. I have to say the carmel apples this year were really delicious!!!

Hadley had her birthday party last night, and I can't believe that she is 2!!! She has gotten such a cute little personality. She is totally girly (which of course I totally love.) When we asked her what she wanted for her birthday she told us Dora and Spongebob. She got a cute Dora dress up outfit and lots of Spongebob things. We also gave her a little kitchen set that she loves. She is so fun to have in our family, and she loves her brothers. She is a big Daddy's girl and loves to sing and dance and has to dress herself every day. She has a mind of her own and we love her so much. She is so sweet and loves to give hugs and kisses to most everyone. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HADLEY!!!!

Noah Turned 7!!

Noah had his birthday this month and turned 7. I can't believe that he is 7 already, it seems like I just the other day I holding him in the hospital as a baby. He is such a great kid. Always caring about other people, and how they feel, even Logan (though he is sometimes really annoyed with his brother.) He is a great student and loves school. He has a great imagination. He told Joey the other day that he wants to dig up dinosaur bones and be evil scientist when he grows up. So in our next house he asked if Dad will build him a lab for all his evil inventions. I'm so proud of the boy he is and love him very much!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOAH!!!! (Pictures to come they are on my other camera.)

ACN Training in Palm Springs

We just got back from some amazing training in Palm Springs for ACN. We had so much fun and I never laughed so hard in my entire life. I feel real blessed to be doing what we are doing right now in ACN and for all of the people we have been able to meet and the friendships that we are building with some amazing people like Mia, Wayne and Theresa, and Tim and Cynthia. Here are a few pictures that we took while on our road trip, I laugh so hard that I thought I was going to pee my pants, and I was crying. I also think that Mia, Wayne and Theresa, and Tim and Cynthia got to know us a whole lot better than they wanted to. We all had so much fun!!! I'm looking forward to our trip to Detroit in September for the ACN International Training.

Treasure Island

It was different from the book but I liked the play. Ben was a great character in the book and I loved him in the play. Say CHEESE Ben!!! We got a new puppy!! I know what everyone is thinking and half the time I'm thinking it too!! (I'm a SUCKER!!) I let my husband talk me into getting another puppy. She is just like our last puppy Spike, but a girl and her coloring in Brindle. She is super cute and very playful. I can't tell if Spike likes her or not and she loves to chew everything. I'm using this puppy as sort of leverage on my husband for another baby, so everyone keep your fingers crossed for me. I think it's a good trade, he gets a new dog, I get one more baby. Great idea HUH?

I just got chew out by my adorable sister-in-law about blogging. I know that I'm a horrible blogger, but life has just gotten so crazy and things have been really busy and messy. My life needs to get organized starting with my house. I'm going to take one room at a time and clean it form top to bottom, I'm going to organize my basement into a nice clean heaven, get the bills filed and the businesses in order and I struck a deal with Dom about my blog. I will promise to blog once a month to update you about my little family and our busy life. If I fail I owe Dom a gift card to P.F. Changs, and other places. Here's how if will work, for every month that I forget to blog I will send Dom something in the mail in the form of a gift card. Lucky Dom, but I'm going to try and keep up on it so that Dom and everyone else can see what going on in our crazy life!!

The Leaning Cake of Piza

This year for my birthday my kids made me a cake. This is what it looked like. It looked like it was going to fall over at any minute. The cake was really delicious and moist. Fencing

Noah has started a new hobby. Fencing!!! This was his first tournament and he is fencing kids that are 10 and older. He does such a good job fencing these kids that are so much older than him. He might not win any of the rounds but he at least can score some points on them. Next year he will get to Fence kids closer to his age and then we an see how well he does with them. I hope that he sticks with it. It's really interesting and not a sport that a lot of kids do. It's also a lot of fun to watch.

Lop Sided

If you think that my blog is G rated it's about to go PG-13. So I have a really hard time weening my kids. Hadley turned one on August 20th and I was still nursing her 2 weeks before my birthday. This year I'm turning the big 30. My husband thought it would be fun to go to Wendover for my birthday, but that meant that I needed to ween Hadley before the big party. I did it!!! However this time I was completely lop sided. My right side kept producing milk and the left side dried up. (See pictures and they don't really do it any justice.) Joey thought this was really funny and I have to say that I got some strange looks at the store, but what can you do. Sad to say they are back to normal now and they both look like the boob on the left.

Halloween

This year we had a devil (Hadley), werewolf (Noah) and vampire (Logan) for Halloween. I thought that all my kids looked really cute in their Halloween costumes. I slaved away on the sewing machine for 5 days straight sewing these little creations. I think that they all like their costumes. This year we got to trick or treating with our cousins Josh, Nathan, Brandon, MacKenzie, Ryan and Shaylee. We went to sizzler first because the kids got to eat free and then to Aunt Celeste's house. She gives out hugh gift bags to all the grandkids and then to my parents, and last but not least Melanie's house for the Trick or Treating. What a night!!!

Noah was a werewolf this year for Halloween. He looked so cute in his costume and had a great time in the Halloween Parade. Hadley had a hard time staying still for the whole parade, so she climb all over the chairs and walked around.

First Day of School

Noah and Logan on their 1st day of school. Noah was so excited to go to Kindergarten. We got there pretty early and he had time to play on the playground. I took him to class and got him settled into his seat. He gets to sit next to London who lives in our neighborhood. There are a lot of kids from our ward that are in his class and he loves that. Logan's 1st day was a little bit rougher. He didn't want to go and I left him crying in the classroom. It was a little hard but I knew that he would be fine when I got back to pick him up. (He was and he said that he had a lot of fun.) One of the best parts about school is that I get 2 1/2 hours to myself. (Hadley is usually taking a nap during school.) I LOVE SCHOOL!!!

Happy Anniversary Joey!

So on September 14th Joey and I celebrated our 9th Anniversary. We did nothing to spectacular, the day before we took our kids to Lagoon and then had dinner on our Anniversary at Sally's house for 2nd Sunday!! Not to exciting but we didn't care. I can't believe that it has been 9 years. Some days it seems like I was just sitting across from Joey at the Salt Lake Temple and other days it seems like we have been together forever. The last 9 years have definitely had there ups and downs, with all our business adventures and Joey's get quick schemes. I still think that we have a lot to look forward to and a ton of adventures left to go on. Happy Anniversary Joey!!

Annie's Wedding

Joey's Sister got married on August 30th and I had a great time. The ceremony was awesome and the food was good, and the dancing was out of this world. I don't think that I have danced that much since High school. We were definitely shaking our stuff on the dance floor. It was great fun! Thanks Annie and Greg for having such a fabulous wedding.

Look who joined the 1 year old club. I can't believe how fast a year has gone by. I have really enjoyed this last year. Having a baby girl in our home has been so much fun. The boys really love their baby sister. She is so loving. She also has quite an attitude. If she wants something she has to have it right away. Although she is extremely cute, she has a high pitch squeal that can hurt anyones ears. I think that she gets cuter and cuter every day. She has started spinning in circles and stops and looks at you like she just did something spectacular. She just giggles. She loves to swing and hold her dolly. She is getting to also be quiet a handful, she gets into everything. We have to watch her every minute. Happy 1st Birthday Hadley!!! WE LOVE YOU!

Noah's Birthday party was at Fat Cat's. We got to go bowling and play in the arcade. Everyone had a really good time and Noah loved it. Thanks everyone that came.

Happy Birthday Noah!!!! I can't believe that you are 6!! You are an amazing kid. You love to learn and play. I love that you are a great big brother. You are always worried about your brother and sister. (Sometimes a little to worried.) Things that you do that amaze me are

1. You can watch a movie once and practically recite the whole show.

2. You remember everything. Nothing gets by you and if I promise to do something you make sure that I stick to it.

3. You love your family. (This includes your extended family)

4. You can ride your 4 wheeler like a pro!!!!

5. You love animals and always want to get a new pet. (Your mean mom however won't let you)

6. Your sensitive and a little dramatic. (This rubs off onto you little brother.)

7. You look just like your dad. I think that your his clone.

8. That even though you say every sunday that you don't want to go to church you love it when you get there and love to ask mom and dad questions about Jesus and Heavenly Father.

My Little Pig Pen!!!

My little Logan is the biggest Pig Pen ever. He is always dirty. He gets out of the bath and I look down and he has some goo dripping down the front of him. He is also a little misfit. He is always getting into things and ruining everything. He has put holes in the wall looking for Thimbletack. He sharpies the walls and cabinets. He painted the patio with blue paint along with our dog Spike. He cut the cable to my printer. I'm sure there are many other things that he has done but the page is not big enough. Joey told me that we need to get him projects to do, however he just makes a mess of everything. I 'm always yelling at the kid. I'm not sure that he is going to make to his next birthday or through the summer for that matter. His only saving grace is that he says cute thing like he wants to ride on a frosty float in the party. (Ride a float in the parade.) He also has an adorable little face and loves his family. Otherwise he would be up for SALE!!!

Chuck-A-Rama

On July 3rd we went as a family to Chuck-A-Rama and as we where leaving this guy tried to pick a fight with us. It was really awesome. Joey, Hyrum and Chris were all yelling at this guy and he started yelling back. The his wife started in on it. Noah was crying because he thought his Dad was going to fight the guy. The whole restaurant could hear what was going on. He thought we weren't watching our kids and here he was swearing in front of his little girl and causing a big scene. (What a great example) The managers all came over. It was very entertaining. I just don't get people. Why even say anything to us, we were leaving.

I am a hugh SYTYCD fan. I love this show. I record each episode and re play them over and over. I think that I still have almost all of last season still on my TIVO. I won't get rid of them, besides Logan loves to watch the dance show. Two years ago I went to see SYTYCD tour in Denver with my sister-in-laws. It was awesome. This season I was not sure at first if there was really anyone that I loved right at first. However I have my favorites now. I love Katee and Joshua. I think that every dance they have done has been really good. Here are some of my favorite clips from the show this far.

Our Trip to the Zoo!!!

We went to the zoo on member night. It was great, there was hardly anyone there it was a nice cool night and the animal for the most part were out and not just laying there in the heat. They also had a lot of things for the kids to do. Noah love the zoo and definitely loves animals. He loves the tigers the most. We got to see the white alligator again this year and I told the kids we could go back and do the carousel ride later this summer. (The line was enormous for this, and we did not want to wait.) It was a really fun family night at the zoo!!

Update on Hadley

Noah and Logan took these pictures of Hadley!!

I never put updates on here about my children, but we just went to the doctor so I thought that I would. Hadley is 10 months old. She weights 17 lbs. 12 oz. (She is in the 75% in weight and weights more now then Logan did at a year YAY!!) She is 28 inches. (She grew 3 inches in 3 months, She is in the 50%) Her head circumference is 17 3/4 inches. (She is in the 40%) She is a very happy little baby. She loves to play peek a boo and is very fast at crawling. She looks a lot like her daddy and I thought that she was going to be a mommas girl but like my boys if her dad is around, loves him. (This makes me a little sad, I did hope that 1 of our kids would like me more, but I guess daddy is just more fun to play with!!) She is on the verge of walking. She will stand on her own and every once in a while take maybe two steps but then falls to the ground and takes off crawling. She is very much loved by the whole family. She is a very sweet little girl. Also while at the doctors office I did find out that Hadley had double ear infections. I had no clue. She was not even acting different. I'm either a bad mother and not very observant or my children don't ever change when they have ear infections. She has been amazingly happy through the whole thing. (My boys are the same way when they get ear infections, I never notice until they get other symptoms.) She is taking her meds and we go back next week to see if they are all cleared up.

Ryan Sally Hoecherl

Baby Ryan is the newest of the Hoecherl cousins. She is grandchild number 21. She is the cutest little thing and very happy. I don't think that she cries. She was so happy the whole time we where there visiting. MacKensie is a great big sister and loves to hold her and help out. Hadley is really excited to have two cousins her age (Sophia and Ryan) so that they can be great friends. We are really excited that Hyrum and his family are moving back home. They will be here the first week in July and we can't wait. (Ryan is about 5 months old in these pictures.)

Wedding Invitations

Here are the Wedding invitations that we work on while we were at Annie's house. They turned out really cute. It took us most of the day Sunday to do them and I believe that Annie still had to put a few more blue ones with ribbon. Celeste did most of the work with the embossing that took her hours to do. Great job on the design Celeste!!

Visit To Annie

Celeste and I got to surprise Annie for her bridal shower and fly back to North Carolina. (Yes, my husband is awesome for letting me go and leave our boys behind since I had just gotten home from a trip with my mom and had left the kids home then.) We arrived at 11:00 pm and had Greg pick us up from the airport and we were so excited to see Annie. She was a sleep on the couch when we arrived at the house so we went upstairs and Celeste jumped on Annie and woke her up. She was a little disoriented and said "What the crap" and then once she realized who it was she repeated "What the crap" and "Oh my heck" it was awesome. We went to the shower the next day and hung out with the family. We got to see baby Ryan for the first time and what a cute baby she is. We also helped Annie with her Wedding invitations. Celeste did all the embossing and most of the work. It was so much fun to see everyone. On the way home I got to fly first class. It was really great and Hadley was an awesome flier for the 5 hours on the non stop plain ride.

Water Horse Eggs

My two boys are obsessed with the Water Horse show about the Loch Ness Monster. For months before the show even came out Noah kept telling us that he wanted to go to the pet store and by a water horse as a pet. Joey and I would always just say that water horses are not real. Well when the movie came outon DVD I went to the store and bought the movie and came home and watched it. The boys loved it. They do a reenactment of it in the tub where Noah is the water horse and Logan is the boy and they swim around and Noah makes this noise like the water horse and Logan recites the little boys lines from the movie. Well our new thing is that they like to collect water horse eggs. Every where we go they are bending over and picking up rocks. Big ones, little ones and they are all over the house. I'm so sick of rocks!!! Logan has to put them in bowls and wash them. I had to ban bring water eggs into the house!! I told the boys that we have enough Water Horse Eggs!!!

So, I forgot my camera this year at Grandma Hoecherl's. So we video tape everything. It was amazing. Santa made a special visit and all the kids got to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. As soon as I figure out how to post the video I will.

Why Me!! (Family Picutres)

Can we say cooperation!! All I want is for once to have a nice family picture where my husband will just go with the flow. However Joey is Joey and he is always making life difficult. I wanted to get a cute picture to send out in a Christmas card this year. I spend weeks looking for the perfect outfits for the kids. I got a new shirt for me that I liked and told my husband that he was on his own. I knew that he would not wear what I put in front of him. I actually went as far as to tell him that I didn't care is he showed up naked for the family pictures. I should know not to tempt him. We traveled to Gardner Village, went down to a nice spot and I turned around to see that my adorable husband literally took what I said and had not shirt on. Why me!!!! After a few shots of him without his shirt he finally put one on for the rest of the pictures. I ended up not even sending out cards. Maybe next year I will finally get my husband to cooperated and we can get a picture with our family with out him sticking out like a sore thumb!

Our First Snowman

This was the first time that there was enough snow to build a snowman. The kids, joey and I got all bundled up and went outside and played in the snow. The snow wasn't real great packing snow but we managed and as soon as the snowman was all put together, the first thing that Noah wanted to do was knock it's head off. I told him that he had to wait at least until the next day. So the next day he did just that. Knocked the head off our little snowman.

Thumb Sucker

Hadley didn't really like a binky at first. I tried to shove it into her mouth every chance I got so that she would get used to it. She however loved sucking her little thumb and every time she fell asleep her thumb would immediately go right into her mouth.

Aunt Annie Visiting

Annie came to visit over Thanksgiving. It was so much fun to see her and for Hadley to meet Annie for the first time. We had a great time that week going to shoe parties, scrapbook sales and going with Annie as she tried on different wedding dresses. This picture was taken Thanksgiving night at Grandma Hoecherl's. I had to get a picture of Hadley in her Thanksgiving shirt that says "My Little Turkey." Hadley looks like she is so happy. I think that the day was extremely long and tiring.

Making A Mess!!!

Logan and Shaylee are the best of friends and cousins. And we know that if the house is quiet that they're up to no good. On the 2nd Sunday in October, the bathroom door was shut and two little kids were giggling quite cutely. Tianna and I didn't want to open the door and find out what all the excitement was about. When we opened the door,we find out there was comet all over the floor and in the bath. What a mess!! Visiting Cousin Sophia

Here is Hadley in her Blessing Dress. She looked so cute in it I took a ton of pictures. I thought it was really cleaver to sit her in the Bumbo so that her dress would fall around it and you got to see all the pretty lace. Her dad blessed her with so many special things, a strong spirit, calming effect in her family. She will accomplish many great things, go to the temple with someone worthy and deserving. She was blessed with her brothers love and that she will stay strong and close to the lord. We are very greatful the she is in our family. She has already blessed our family with some of the blessings that were said in the blessing.

So this is all I have to show of Halloween. The night we carved pumpkins. We are all posing by our pumpkins that we carved. Joey was mad that I took a long time to carve my pumpkin and then you couldn't really tell that it was supposed to be bats flying. The boys sure thought that it was dumb. I only wanted to try it, so next year I'll be ready and carve a cool face. (Forget about doing a cool image.
